Last night we headed down to Scala in Kings Cross for a night with singer/songwriter Bluey Robinson. We’ve been fans of his for years and it was Bluey’s first stand-alone sold-out tour, hosted in his home town of London.
The venue – Scala – was very intimate so we got to get right up close to enjoy Bluey’s amazing voice. He belted out numbers some of his favourite covers from his days singing on the London Underground and mixed it up with some of our favourites Showgirl and Coming Back. We were even treated to a surprise Harlem Shake which we all got to join in with.
Bluey has an amazing range and really knows how to put on a show – we danced our socks off and wished we had a voice like that. Harrumph. If you haven’t heard of Bluey (shame on you!) check him out on his YouTube channel.
Bluey has 3 nights left on his tour, so don’t miss him! Get your tickets at Live Nation.
